We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across production lines. The role involves managing daily plant operations, supervising production teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management, with a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and performance management is essential.
